“Lockbox Mysteries crammed a ton of gameplay into a crate and briefcase. We’re always a little cautious when approaching a new game format, and Sherlock Holmes and the Great Charade made us believers. Lockbox Mysteries delivered excellent puzzle content. We loved playing this game from the comfort of our own hotel room and the price could not be beat. Sherlock Holmes and the Great Charade had a lot of puzzle content and the puzzles flowed well. They also broke into parallel plot threads. There was a lot of game and it branched such that it could keep a large group entertained. All of this culminated in a final deduction puzzle that emphatically punctuated the game with a challenging, creative, and elegant conclusion.”

“Forget card games and Monopoly; when you have a group date to plan, rent a crate from Lockbox Mysteries. My favorite part… is that you can race against the clock to solve the mystery but won't be forced to quit if you aren't finished when the hour is up.
The entire time we were playing, I kept thinking, 'this is amazing! How does one person come up with all of this?' Everything that we could possibly need was provided; A case summary, crime scene photos, suspect bios, evidence, a notebook and pen to take notes, etc. I didn't have to provide anything but refreshments and we all enjoyed our night playing detectives!”

"This was by far the most fun I have had in a while! …I have done the expensive escape rooms that only allow you an hour to escape and after your time is up, you're done. I was skeptical at first because I thought, 'How can having a mystery in a box be as fun as an escape room?' ...but wow!!! This was just as fun, if not better. All of the evidence was there on the table and we all worked together to complete the mystery! This was a blast and I can't wait to do it again!!! I recommend this to anyone and everyone!"

"My wife and I did a Lockbox Mystery and I LOVED it. I am passionate about solving puzzles, thinking abstractly and logically, as well as working alongside others in dynamic ways, making this experience perfect. The set up was cleverly systematic but non-linear, so small teams can be formed within the group to work on different aspects of the entire puzzle. One can tell that a great amount of thought was put into this business. I recommend this for lovers of mystery and those trying their hand at enjoyable, detective brainstorming."

"What a great activity! We completed the Lockbox for a date night, but it would also be a great team building exercise for a group of coworkers. I love that you can take it to the comfort of your own home. We timed ourselves TRYING to complete it within an hour and it took us an hour and twenty minutes. It was nice to be able to follow through and actually  finish even though we had 'run out of time'. Can't wait to try out more Lockboxes!"
