Hi, I'm Tia Merrill, founder of Lockbox Mysteries. I have been producing and directing murder mystery events for over 10 years and have loved every minute of it. Seeking to share my obsession with others, I enjoyed an incredible opportunity with the University of Utah teaching 'Mystery Party 101: How to Plan the Perfect Murder'.

The first time I participated in an escape room, I became obsessed. I've also loved trying out mystery subscription boxes and I set out to find a way to marry the two. Soon the idea of Lockbox Mysteries was born: all the hands-on, suspenseful thrills of an escape room with the intrigue and mystery of stepping into a detective's shoes.
